Can not connect to my jira project

Hello everybody,

i can not connect to my jira project. It should be online until 2022-08-03 but it looks like it is deleted.

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Is this possible? What can i do?

Checking the products linked to the account that you used to create this community question, I confirmed there are no suspended sites or products for your account. That being said, this situation leaves us with the following possibilities:

1. The product/site you are talking about is linked to an account different from the one you used to open this community question.
   If that's the case, please let me know and I will create a new internal ticket to get the required information and troubleshoot the issue
2. If you are using the same account, I believe your current network settings or firewall might be blocking your user from accessing Jira. In that case, please try the following steps:
   1. Try to access your site using your browser in incognito mode
   2. Ensure your firewall is not blocking Atlassian IP ranges listed in this documentation
   3. Check if the same problem happens when using a different internet connection

Hi @Christian Koerbler,

As an additional option, I'd recommend trying to go to https://admin.atlassian.com/

If your an organization admin, or if your site still exists but is just not accessible, you should be able to access the administration side of things through that link.
