Can not finish fresh installation of Jira

I have problems finishing my jira installation on a Debian 6 virtual private server.

The outpout was:

Verweiser-URL: Unknown

java.lang.IllegalStateException: You cannot perform an import with an invalid validation result. Errors: {}
Error Messages: [ActiveObjects-Plugin kann nicht gefunden werden. Das Plugin muss aktiviert werden, damit die Wiederherstellung funktioniert.
Output with full Stackrace and jira-log appended (jira-output.txt)  (atlassian-jira.log) .
Some System Info:

I used the installer: atlassian-jira-6.2.2-x32.bin

I have the same Problem on my Ubuntu 12_04 64 bit virtual server

uname -a

Linux xthinker 3.2.0-29-generic #46-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jul 27 17:03:23 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

java -version

java version "1.7.0_60"

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_60-b19)

Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.60-b09, mixed mode)

lsb_release -a

No LSB modules are available.
