Can not see content of a zip file in attachment in Jira

When I put a zip file as attachment in an issue, Jira let me to see the content or a preview  of this files, but when I click on one of them, then, I got an error 404.

if you right click > save link as, are you able to download the file?

you should also try replicating the issue while you tail atlassian-jira.log and see what error pops up.

Sorry but there is no trace in the atlassian-jira.log...
