Can project administrator change project lead

I got a user with extended project admin permission and browse the project permission. When i change project role with him it doesnot save it. And its an emty field On screenshoot 2.

@Stanislav , this can be possible if the project admin is granted global permission. To do this, Click on the global permissions in the left navigation panel, and then Edit global permissions. You can set plan permissions for the categories of users from the table. Let me know if this helps.
