Hey!
So we started using the new jira-github integration and I have one question.
We'd like to keep using non next-gen project to keep our workflows and trigger and such.
But we'd also like to use smart commits to comment on issue, transition them etc...
So is it possible to use smart combination with non next-gen project in combination to the new github integration?
The integration now is done through the improved Github for Jira add-on. Please see the article below:

I cannot find how to enable smart commits on Jira next gen. Where is it now?

Hi Alaric,
Yes, the smart commits should work normally in both classic and next-gen projects.

Muaamar,
How do we enable smart commits now that Github is no longer supported in DVCS?
Thanks,
Jamey

Hello Jamey,
We've activated the new Github-Jira app but the smart commit commands are ignored, even though the commit is displayed in the issue. Do we have to do something else?
