Can someone help me with different scenarios to choose a board type

What are the ideal scenario to choose a company managed scrum board or team managed Scrum board/ Team managed Kanban board or Company managed Kanban board.

Company-managed projects/boards are set up and maintained by Jira admins and provide advanced configuration options that can be shared between projects. Team-managed projects/boards are able to be set up and maintained by project admins from individual teams, with simple yet powerful configuration options that are easy to use.

This is the basic difference between company managed and team managed. If you want to be less depend on Jira admin, and want to manage your configuration by yourself as project lead, you can choose team managed. It come with simple configuration. On the other hand company project comes with advanced configuration, and can be setup by Jira admins, and not by project admins.
