Can stale work exclude weekend days on the kanban board?

In reports of WIP, delivered, arrived, and stale the number of stale tickets increases significantly over the weekend. I'm wondering if it's possible to not include weekend days when considering whether work is stale or not.

I'm not 100% sure that it will solve your issue but have you tried setting your work calendar (in Board settings) to not include weekend days? Please see https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/configuring-working-days-764478050.html

Thanks Martin! We have weekend days turned off in that setting, but the stale trigger for tickets is still including weekends in its calculation.
