Can't Authorized with API and Get Cookie

Hello ^_^

I try to use API to connect Jira with another platform (Terrasoft,Creatio). I tried sending the request using curl like on this page:

https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/cookie-based-authentication/

But I got reply:

What did I do wrong?

Hi, That would be an authentication error. Make sure you've added the Authentication USER ID correctly. Could you add more error details?

I use my email as a username and my password as a password.
