Can't Link Jira cloud with bitbucket cloud

Hello,

Im trying to connect Jira projects to bitbucket to be able to use smart connectors.

I'm a site admin for our company atlassian account and admin on both products BB & Jira.

whenever I try to connect Jira with my team bitbucket it falis

Please try the same after removing all elements of the DVCS connector between Jira and Bitbucket.

nothing is currently connected under DVCS in Jira.

In that case reaching out to atlassisn support would be the best. Please update the resolution once the issue is resolved.

@Bibek Behera  I went to BB and found the connection > removed it

now it works. Thank you :D
