Hello,

I am trying to access a Jira project I created, but cannot find it.  I have been working with a 3rd party software vendor, and they are ablet to see the project, and verify that I am the project lead.  How can I solve this?  I have tried the direct URL they've shared with me:

https://jira.devtools.intel.com/projects/ML6

But when I go there it says I don't have permission to veiw it.

I ahve also tried searching for the project directly on my side, to no avail.

Thanks!

Kelly

Hi @Kelly P Lofgreen ,

1)Please ensure that you are part of Jira-users AD group (which JIRA administrators can check and confirm).
2)Once confirmed, if you are not part of the above group, please get added to the group and then clear your browser cache and cookies and retry to login to base URL first: https://jira.devtools.intel.com
And then you can navigate further to https://jira.devtools.intel.com/projects/ML6 if you are part of this project with some role.

3) You can also confirm with "Jira Administrators" to check the roles you were given in the project and to confirm the access part.

Please check these things, you will find some clue on the issue.

Best Regards,

Manoj.

Thanks for the replies!  I was able to figure out based on these responses that I needed to request permission for my own project through our access governance system.  Thanks!

@Kelly P Lofgreen You might be the project lead but double check to make sure you're in a role that has the Browse permission.
