Hello,
As an orginisational admin, I am unable to view project settings details and unable to manage forms.
We have utilised only 3 agents in the free license and have just come off of a premium trial.
This is a problem in BOTH service projects we have in our org. I have added permissions in one project as well as confirmed I have service project user permission to no avail.

From other documentation, we have unlimited projects and unlimited forms in the Free license. Is there some other premium setting that needs to be disabled to resolve this? What else can we look at to resolve?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Michael and welcome to the Community!

On the free version you cannot modify permission settings. But you can on premium and from your screenshots I can see you (or someone on the team) has been playing around with permission settings to your project(s). When you then role back onto a free plan, those settings remain in place but you can no longer change them. Most likely, something is off with those settings - causing the trouble you see.

Depending on how far you got with the setup of your project, it might be worth a try setting up a new one, as that should ensure you get clean and correct permission settings the way they should be for a service project. That might even be interesting just so you can verify how service project permissions should be configured for the project to work correctly.

You may want to have a look to to start a new trial of a paid plan (can be a standard plan as well - if that still works) to correct the permission settings.

Hope this helps!

Hello @Michael

You need to access to set your self as admin role in the project.

Go to project settings -> Access and add yourself as Administrator.

Furthermore, if you are set as Agent - remove the other roles in the "App Access" - you have a warning there.

Best regards,

Ariel.
