Hi, we can't enable the SVN plugin. Our JIRA Version: 6.1.3 SVN Version: 0.10.13
The Log said this:

We ran into the same problem on a customer's site today during a scheduled JIRA restart (after several months of uptime). The plugin could not be enabled (was timing out) due to unreachable (obsolete) SVN repositories. We found a workaround, please check https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/SVN-454 to see if applies to your environment.
May be you want to try to extend the plugin timeout adding the property -Datlassian.plugins.enable.wait=300
You can find more information in JIRA System Plugin Timeout While Waiting for Plugins to Enable.

Hi, yes I installed it with the UPM.
And we have enough ressources. 4GB RAM, 46% is used, CPU 5-10%, HDD usage 10-20%

How did you install the add-on? Did you use UPM and install it?
And in most times it is resource issues. ALso check https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/JIRA+System+Plugin+Timeout+While+Waiting+for+Plugins+to+Enable
