I want to give rights for creating and closing sprints to our team leader and product owner but when I do that nothing happened. I already give them rights for specific roles, accounts and the group when they are. Even when I give them administrator rights to the project, they still can't create and close sprints.
I'm don't know why this happened. Can anybody help me to find the right direction, where can be the problem?

assuming that you're talking about a company-managed projects, you need to review project permission scheme.
There's a specific permission "Manage sprints" that allow users to create, start and complete sprint. Please, check what roles or groups are defined in this particular permission.

yes, you assumed right. I talked about company-managed projects (projects/ "specific project/ project settings) I check roles and groups and I put there specific role (not work for me), I put there specific group (not work for me either) and then I put there specific person "single-user".
So now the same person should have permission from 3 different ways. Unfortunately, they still don't.
The problem must be somewhere higher or I do something wrong but I don't know what is it.

Is this a company-managed or team-managed project? For company-managed project, you need to give the Manage Sprints project permission to your team leader and PO.

It is a company-managed project. I do that but nothing happened and I don't know why.
I can see the right role/group/user name in the column but they still don't have these permissions.

you may want to also give them Schedule Issues permissions.
