Can't attach image when creating new issue

Hmm seems like this issue has not been resolved.

When I add an image (.png) to an issue description, or comment

Then on Save the changes are not being added, Save button is active, but no updates.

I usually need to reload a page, click "you have unsaved changes" and add the image again.

Please fix this bug.

I saw that you are referring to a post from 2017 and Jira changed a lot since that year, so we need to better investigate this issue to confirm if it's that same bug or a new one.
Is this issue happening when using the old or new view?
Is it a next-gen or classic project?
What browser are you using?
Have you tested using another one? Also, please test using incognito mode.
Are you the only user facing this issue?
