Can't change a ticket status on the board

I have a ticket in status "In Testing". I'm trying to change the status to "Ready to Go-Live Approval" since the test were done successfully, but that option is not displayed on this ticket, only! I already checked the workflow and everything looks correct.

The only two options available are "Testing stopped" and/or "Cancel Issue".

I still have several general tasks not set to "done" but that was not supposed to impact the status changing. At least it never impacted before.

Can someone help, please? Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the community.

When you open the issue, can you see the transition button?

If not, go to the workflow in Jira admin panel, click the relevant transition and check the "Conditions". If the condition is not met, you can't see the transition button in the workflow.

If you see the button in issue view, but can't change the status in board view, please ensure that "Ready to Go-Live Approval" status has mapped column. It can be checked from Board Configure -> Columns page.

I notice you've got two transitions between the statuses in your question. 

Please make sure that both have the correct conditions, just like @Tansu Akdeniz describes.
