Can't change translation for button

Hello.
Where i can change translation for button "В РАБОТЕ".

You can use the Workflow properties to translate the status name:

You need to modify the workflow and specifically, change that stage to In Progress or a similar translation (if that's what you're after).

This Atlassian documentation talking about doing that.
