Hi everybody,
We are attempting to close out a sprint but we keep receiving this error message, “Sprint cannot be completed as there are incomplete subtasks on following issues: XX-707”
Our current sprint does not include the parent ticket referenced in the error message. It does include XX-709, which used to be a subtask of XX-707, but the parent/child relationship was removed and it still does not allow us to end the sprint.
It is interesting to note that when we filter our tickets by the currently active sprint, the parent ticket XX-707 and all its current subtasks appear listed. But when we view all the tickets individually, they are assigned to a future sprint.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
