Since yesterday, I cannot mark tickets as Done on Jira (tickets I'm supposed to be able to close).
When I try to do so, the issue becomes greyed, I have a loading widget, but the closing screen does not appear.
I tried to restart my laptop, to log out and back in, no luck. I had to ask a colleague to do it for me.
Today I tried from a Windows VM, on Microsoft Edge and Firefox, and I could close them, while still not on Ubuntu22.04 Firefox.
I do not have other browsers on Ubuntu. Javascript is enabled in Firefox.
Hi @gcullerier
Welcome to the community!
Make sure you are running on the latest Firefox version (131.0) as this is the supported version described in doc Supported browsers for Atlassian cloud products

Hi @gcullerier
Give the "Private Browsing" feature in Firefox a shot and see if the problem still happens.

@Samuel Gatica _ServiceRocket_ in Private mode I am able to close tickets, this is interesting. Following this, in normal browsing, I clicked "Clear cookies and site data", and I now can close tickets.
I also had to clear cookies and data on most other Jira tabs for which I had pre-existing cookies, which is slightly annoying but at least works.
Before clearing the cookies, I can't interact with the ticket, and I have this error message:
Something went wrong on our end

Edit:
Even when going in the Firefox settings, and deleting all cookies and site data from atlassian, I still have this issue.

I've had issues with Windows Firefox 131.0 for a couple of days . They were resolved by removed cookies and cache from the Atlassian domain.
One can remove cookies and cache of one domain with these instructions https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-cookies-and-website-data-single-domain-android
