Can't create a project on Jira Cloud

When I click on the "Create Project" button, nothing happens

Hi @José Ortega, Welcome to the community.

Do you have any already existed projects in your Jira site?

Please try removing the unnecessary browser extension in your browsers, clear the cache/cookies and restart the browser. Then try again and let us know how it goes.

Yes. I've already done that. Disabled extensions and cookies and cache cleaning but still the problem exists.

I had an old project but I deleted it and after that I couldn't create a new one anymore.

I looked the console and I get the messages in the picture.

As a workaround, you can do one thing to get it working by going to boards and creating a new board and let it create a temporary project. Then you can go to the project page and the create button would then work to create a real project. After that, you can delete the temporary project. Looks like the create button has some problems when there are no projects at all. Thanks.

Rambabu. I just did it exactly as you told me but nothing happens.

I created the board and added the projects gadget and nothing.

In fact, I get more messages at the console and if you check the last messages out in the picture, they're 404 errors.

Once the board is created, immediately go to the projects section in Jira home tab and check for any temporary project created or not?

Then try to create a required project through "Create Project" button and let me know.
