Can't edit field in View screen

Hi,

I've a strange problem. I'm Jira administrator and administrator for 2 projects.

In the View issue of the project A I can edit inline the Component/s field while in the project B I can't.

I both cases field are in Edit and View screen.

Why this difference?

Hi @Emiliano Visioli Can you check if there is any workflow properties or condition added to workflow for Project B

Also, in project B have you try to edit that field when issue is in other status to confirm if edit field issue is with all statues or with some particular statuses, so that you can check those status properties and workflow condiftions, etc
