Can't enable the Kanban backlog

Hi, 

I'm trying to enable the Kanban backlog on my Kanban board. And looking at the description here:

I can't see the "Kanban backlog" column as shown. And yes - I'm a Jira administrator so according to the description, I should be able to see the "Kanban backlog".

So is there some other place that I need to 'check'/update or other, to get the "Kanban backlog" column presented?

What is your Jira version? Kanban backlog was introduced in Jira Software 7.4

If you're on Server, I'd recommend to check this thread: Kanban Backlog Not Available, it may help you investigating.

The Kanban backlog was introduced with version 7.4.
