Can´t find Option "Accept remote API calls"

I want to enable remote api calls. But in Administration > General Settings > Section "Options" I can´t find the Option "Accept remote API calls". I have only a 10 user Server Installation of JIRA 7.0.2.

It was removed from JIRA 7, as it's not needed any more.  The remote API is used by the core of JIRA now, and hence is always enabled.
