Can't find R4J - Requirements Management for JIRA in Marketplace

I can't find R4J plugin in the Atlassian Marketplace. What's the problem?

Is there a way to install it?

Good news! R4J Cloud has been released last month, November.

My guess is that you are on JIRA Cloud.  The add-on is not available for Cloud.

If my guess is wrong and you're on Server, then yes, you can install it from the marketplace from inside the "find new add-ons" under admin.  Or, if your server can't reach the internet, download it to your machine and use "upload add-on" to upload the jar.

Oh, you are right - it's JIRA Cloud. So, do you know other plugin for Jira Cloud to requirements management? I'm looking for the tool like R4J. Could U recommend somethng like this?

Is it possible to install it through the administration panel in my Jira? Or is t the only way to download jar file?
