Can't find card layout to add labels on each item in the backlog

I don't have any Board Settings or Card Layout link.

Ay idea?

It may be an agility board? (Not Scrum or Kanban) Because they have limited features and everyone can create it.

Thanks I chose "nextgen Kanban" thats why?

I've created another project with the "Scrum" model, not the "nextgen Scrum" model, and I can see more settings!
