Can't find the right maven dependency to download com.atlassian.jira.imports.csv.mappers.ExternalUserMapper

using JIRA 5.0

I'm refactoring plugin from old JIRA version to 5.0, writing class that extends ExternalUserMapper, but I get the eclipse error:

"The import com.atlassian.jira.imports.csv cannot be resolved".

How can I solve the problem?

I found this package in old version of jira here:

atlassian-jira-enterprise-3.13.4.tar.gz

But as it is not in new version of jira 5.0, I might use something else..
