Despite being admin I'm getting a message that I don't have access to Jira projects when I try to review issues in Bitbucket. No clear explanation what's causing the problem or how to fix it.
Hello @jjensen1453,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Testing using my Free site, I linked Bitbucket to Jira, created a new repository, and after linking a project, the issues were shown normally. It worked with classic and next-gen projects.
Can you please let us know if the project that you are trying to link is classic or next-gen?
To show Jira tickets on Bitbucket, I just linked the Jira site to Bitbucket on Cog icon > Products > DVCS accounts on the new repository I was able to show the tickets.
I see that you are a site administrator of two sites, is it happening if you try to connect to the other site?
Please, let us know more details about your environment, so we can test using the same steps and configurations here.
Regards,
Angélica
Hi @jjensen1453 Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Being an admin doesn't grant browse projects permission automatically. Can you check if you have browse projects permission on the Jira projects you are accessing from the Bitbucket side?
