Can't get option to complete the sprint or start a new sprint

I had scrum master rights for scrum board and was able to start /edit / stop the sprint but suddenly I Can't get option to complete the sprint or start a new sprint

I have raised the rights in internal portal again and rights are already there

But I still couldn't get the access , Please tell me the resolution for this

Apart from what @Carlos Garcia Navarro added, be sure that the Manage sprint permission is checked on the projects that are included in the board's filter on which the sprint was created. Not on the board where the sprint was created.

Welcome to the Community! You should make sure that you have 'Manage Sprints' permission for every Project  included in the board's filter.  It's possible that new tickets got added to the sprint that belong to a Project for which you don't have such access, so if that's the case you can ask to be given 'Manage Sprints' for that Project.
