Can't go to JIRA administor setting page after I had setting AD

I have a admin user account in Jira  as same as our ad server

After I set the AD auth in Jira , I can't use the system setting page anymore..

pls help

Dear @gene liao,

this sound for me like AD account overrides your local account. What you can try to gain access again - get rid of AD.

  • Shut down AD (if possible) then Jira falls back to local user repository
  • Disconnect AD from Jira. You can set up a firewall rule that blocks all traffic to AD. Then the local account should be "reanimated"

Make sure to create a real unique local account before attaching AD again.
