Can't modify user permissions as the only user

Hi! I've run into an issue where when I try to go to either "Settings->User Management" or "Settings->Billing" I'm shown a new screen that says "

You need permission

Request access from your administrator.

I know the admin personally.


Of course I know him. He's me!

Any ideas?

Hi @Unkel Rambo

So there are different levels of administration for Cloud,

You can be a Product administrator which is probably you,

You can be a Site Admin, which Configures Billing and some additional Product options and User invites etc.

You can be a ORG Admin which has permission to edit Security details and Directory options.

So maybe someone else is the Site admin and you should ask them to make you Site Admin.

I'm the only person in the org, I just created this site yesterday using the "free" license for up to 10 (currently 1 user, me lol)

Eh, I contacted support, something is borked. I'm the only user in the org, I should definitely have admin privileges but I don't.
