I open my JIRA and see all my projects. All projects open except one. I can open it and cannot see the content while I was working with it before. What could be the issue here?
It is not a security configuration, as I can open it from a different computer.
cleared cookies, and used edge and chrome and nothing. I really wonder where that is coming from.

I'll try and assist you with your question.
So, based on your description, you have several projects, and you have access to all of them including the one where you can open, but cannot see the issues for that project?
If my understanding is correct, it is mostly likely due to an issue level security configuration in that project. If you were able to see the issue in that project before and they weren't deleted at all, then it is most likely due to a recently modified level of security for that project.
To resolve your problem, you can either get in touch with the Project Administrator to check if there were any changes that they've requested to be added into that project. Alternatively, you can reach out to your Jira Administrator and mention the Issue level security and inquiry if there one set up for the project in question.
I hope this helps.
