Can´t receive board invitation (outlook email)

Can someone explain why I won´t get an invitation to the board? The admin has requested access (as can be seen in the attached screenshot) but I do not receive an invitation per email and I am not able to join the board, because everytime I try to join, it says "has no access to ***-***.atlassian.net".

Hi @[deleted] and welcome to the community!
Since someone has asked for access for your account, someone has to approve this request. If this request isn't approved, there is no wonder why you don't have access. Your site admin should be able to approve this under Access Requests:
