One of our employee can't recieve account password reset email (n.xxxxv@smxxxx.xx). Spam folder is empty.

I can see that you already reported a support request for this issue and that the assigned support engineer already removed the block. Please get back to the support ticket in order to whether confirm or deny the issue is solved.
Also, just FYI, please notice that there is no DMARC record configured for your domain.
P.S. Since this issue has already been reported in a support request I am going to hide the email address from your description and accept this answer in order to mark this thread as solved.
