Can't see issue details in backlog view after scrolling

If this was never implemented it seems like a no brainer, but maybe I'm just not seeing how to do this.  

If you scroll down the backlog the issue details panel on the right also scrolls.  So once you get to a certain point down the backlog you can't see the issue details.  Is this just how it is?  If so that's a crazy design.

Hi @lophat It's not working that way, for me backlog scroll is different and issue-details view scroll is different.

What version of Jira you are running on? I am on 8.13.1 where there are some improvement in issue detail view

Thank you for your response.  I don't have the scroll bar in the middle.  I am on 8.13.1.  Maybe they didn't quite fix it for everyone and I should submit a bug report.
