Hello! I'm having this issue where I can only see 2 issues on my board when I use the Story Mapping plugin to create Stories. Example:
I have about 30 different stories and tasks created, but only these two show up on my board. I also don't seem to have any of the board configuration options that I'm used to (I'm using the free 10 seat license.)
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Hi @Unkel Rambo
Most likely they are in a status that is not reflected on your board. Is there another member in your team that has access to the board configurations and could updatr the board columns?
I would also check the board filter to ensure that it picks up all the relevant issues, but once again you would need to have board configurations access.
Cheers
See the other comment, but I'm the only user on the site, I'm in every group possible, every permission set, etc. I don't seem to have the option to modify the board filter at all...

You are in a team managed project so you may not be able to.
If you do a jql search on project = PK what do you get?

Oh snap, I do get all 43 issues if I do a JQL search like that. Is there a way to switch from a Team Managed Project? Not sure what the alternative is...
I don't mind setting this all up again, but it would be great if this took under an hour of my day to undo this goof lol

OK I think that's the problem for sure, thank you! I found this with 10 seconds of Google search:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/migrate-between-team-managed-and-company-managed-projects/
sounds like the simplest way. Calling this answered, for now. Thanks again!

Hi @Unkel Rambo - in case you are using the (Free or Pro) Story Mapping app, reach out to us via Service Desk - we can have a more in-depth look at the board or project configuration.

Hi there,
My name Jerome. I'm. a developer here at Easy Agile.
We built the Story Maps plugin for jira. Can you please confirm if this question is in relation to our product?
If you are using our product I would also recommend
Our menu item in the sidebar looks like this:
Your Story Map would look something like this:
Hope this helps!

I don't have any options to change the board filter. I'm the only user on my site, I have permissions for everything, membership in every group, etc. Here's what I see:

Please disregard. You do not appear to be using our Story Map product.
One last piece of advice would be to check in the Jira Backlog that your issues are assigned to the correct epics.
