Can't see reaction button at comments

Hi together,

in Jira 8.18. comments reactions feature was introduced.

We are on 9.12.2 now and have used another renderer so far. I thought this might be the reason there is no button for comment reaction but I changed it to wiki style renderer - which I thought this would be the jira deafault one - but there still isn't the option for comment reactions.

What am I missing?

Hey there,

Do you have the "Enable emoji reactions" property enabled in the "Jira Administration > System > Edit Settings" menu?
