Hi @Maedu Ekpenyong welcome to the Community! What do you see when you try to access the project exactly? Can you access the project but not a specific board or can you not access the project at all?

I expect you will need to speak to an admin (org, site, or project) and have them check the following:

if project is Team Managed:

  • check Project settings > Access and ensure you are a member of the project

if project is Company Managed:

  • check Project settings > permissions and ensure you are in a group/role that has Browse (minimum) and other permissions (optional)
  • check the Board and ensure that the share permissions for the board include you

Hi @Maedu Ekpenyong , you can check out the following:

1. Check Invitation Email or Notification: Make sure you have accepted the invitation to join the project board. This is often done via an email link or a notification within JIRA itself.

2. Verify Permissions: Ensure that the person who invited you to the project has given you the correct permissions. Sometimes, you might be added to a project but not granted viewing or accessing rights.

3. Search Directly: Try searching for the project name directly in the JIRA search bar. If you have the correct permissions, it should appear in the search results.

4. Clear Cache or Try a Different Browser: Sometimes, browser issues can prevent JIRA from displaying updated information. Clear your browser cache or try accessing JIRA from a different browser.

5. Check with the Project Admin: Contact the project administrator to confirm that the project hasn't been archived or that you haven't been removed from the project by mistake.

6. Log Out and Log Back In: Log out of your JIRA account and then log back in. This can sometimes refresh your permissions and resolve the issue.
