Tested on cloud version, on Jira Agile, Backlog board.
It's not anymore possible to define an estimation in Story point with decimal values.
It was possible since many years and we use it a lot.
When I try it, I get a "validation failed" message.
Tried with , and . separator. Examples : 5,01 and 5.01
Thanks for raising this issue here Franck, are you on non-English profile language?
If so, there is an existing bug report which you can track here: Story Point Field in the board not accepting 'Comma' decimal separator.
Feel free to watch on the ticket if you are being hit into that problem. Otherwise, let me know if it is not the case.
Cheers,

Somewhat related issue. As of this morning, I'm unable to move my 0.5 story point sized tickets to the next status/workflow. I'm on the English version. Is there a ticket currently open for this issue?

We have the same problem. It's no longer possible to resize stories to 0.5 points. We are a French company. I see it's also affecting the German language.

This is exactly that. It's not just comma but also full point. I use the french configuration.
