I'm trying to set the working days for a board, but can't see the option to do so.
I have admin, at org, project and board level.

Go to your board, then select more () > Board settings.
Click the Working days tab.
On my board I see 'Configure board', not 'Board settings', then no mention of 'Working days'.

If you are not seeing it, I suspect you are using a team-managed project, and working-day management is not a feature of that project type yet. Here is the suggestion to add that, which you may vote for/watch to see progress: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17666

Are you in a team- or company-managed project? I'm guessing the problem could be you are in a team-managed project and the instructions are for a company-managed project. Not sure if the functionality for setting working days even exists in team-managed projects actually..
