Hello,

I'm trying to sync my repos from Bitbucket cloud with my instanse of Jira Server, but when I try to do that I see a message "Failed to Sync" and the Read More link bring me to an unexistend page.

Anybody can help with this? Where I can start to debug this problem?

Thanks

Hi,

  • Has this ever worked?
  • Can you confirm the repo you're sycing to exists?
  • Can you verify that your Bitbucket Cloud account is not disabled?

The link that you were unable to follow should have gone to Troubleshoot connections with Bitbucket Cloud.  Here are some possible causes:

  • The Bitbucket Cloud account or team account has been renamed
  • The repo has been deleted, renamed or moved
  • The repo slug has been changed
  • OAuth credentials were deleted in Bitbucket Cloud

Here are some possible resolutions for the scenarios above:

  • If the repo has been deleted in Bitbucket Cloud, you'll need to delete the repository from the list.
  • If the repo has been changed in Bitbucket Cloud, then delete the repo from the list and then re-add it.

If all that checks out let me know and we'll go from there.

Cheers,

Branden
