Since this Monday I can't use the check list. I can see the feature and check to use but I can't add or write anything as it doesn't appear any field to complete... I used it before
@Priscila Kishimoto it looks like you're using our Issue Checklist for Jira (either Free or Pro).
Dave's hint about checking the license is a good first step.
If everything's all right with the license, please reach out to our support team and we'll investigate your problem.
The apps are working properly on our test instances and we had no reports of an outage, so this is certainly something going on in your instance. We'll be happy to help!
