Can the maximum attachment size on JIRA Issues be increased beyond 10MB for JIRA Cloud.

My team has a need to upload heavy documents (beyond 10MB) into JIRA Issues. Is there anyway to increase the maximum attachment size on JIRA issues. My team uses JIRA cloud.

Hi Chandra,

Go to Settings > System > Attachments

There you can edit the size up to 1g

Contact JIRA Admin who manages your instance, they have can have access to change the settings at ..../secure/admin/ViewAttachmentSettings.jspa
