Can we add time estimates to items and see how long a filtered subset of items is expected to take?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, as it seems an obvious thing to want to do, but I can't see how.

We have a team-managed project, and have set up a load of items, each in an epic, and view them in a Kanban board. We have given each item a fix version, and would like to be able to add time estimates for each item, and then see the total estimate for each fix version (or for any other filter criteria).

As far as I know, we are not on the next-gen boards by the way. Don't know if this is significant.

Can we do this?

OK, so right after posting (of course!) I realised that I can add a "Original estimate" field to my items.

That's good, but how do I see totals?
