Can we allow bulk upload to a single project

I want to bulk upload issues every month for my project, but at my organization bulk upload is disabled. can the site admin allow a single project to upload bulk issues?

It is always safer and quicker to let Admins to handle such import tasks. There are few things to be taken care that you might not know entirely and spend hours investigating and preparing sheet.

No. But you could coordinate with the admin monthly to enable them disable.
