Can we automate Jira Sub Tasks creations?

I would like to het some feedback on below item:

Is it possible for Jira to auto-generate  Jira Sub asks Issues? If so, we would like the subtasks below to be generated if the answer to the question "Is a particular Business Unit is impacted by this change?" is set to "Yes."

• 60-Day notification to specific client (eg: Rutgers University)

• 30-Day particular Business Unit sales/services & customer notifications

• 30-Day Personal Support Specialists (PSS) messaging

• 3-day in-product messaging

• Support site, social media & Knowledgebase messaging
