Can we change current admin to normal user

want to change the admin user as normal user and added normal user as admin user

What application are you talking about? 

For Jira, Confluence, Crowd, etc.: Yes this is possible! First add the new user and give the new User admin permission (best via admin group). 

Log in with this new admin user and remove the old admin from administrator group/permission.

You can't remove yourself from an admin group.
