Can we change the base url?

Hi, I want to know can we change the url access from abc.atlassian.com into xyz.atlassian.com for the Cloud version?

yes this is possible, you will need to raise a ticket to support so that they can change the URL : http://getsupport.atlassian.com

Thanks Alexis, I have a context as follow:

- We want to use the current aaa.atlassian.com for other internal purpose use

- So we want to change this to other URL so that we can use the aaa.atlassian.com for that new purpose

So is the above scenario can be done by a support ticket? I'm concern after change we might not able to use the old URL as well.

Yes, but if you want to keep the old site, you will need to tell Atlassian that you want to re-buy the old name, and that could make it a bit more complex.  (It's .net by the way, not .com - if you do have a really old Cloud site with a .com extension, you won't be able to move it at all)

It would probably be easier to take a backup of the old site, subscribe to the new one and import the old site into the new.
