We have hundreds of projects in JIRA and the list of epics to select from is overwhelming, for association to any one story. Is it possible to configure this so only epics for the project under view, are displayed? If not, is there a plug in or can someone offer advice? Thanks from Tim in Cary NC
Not answered, no longer a high priority. closing.
I'd assume that you cant see the many Epics in the board. What you could do is either reduce the boards filters or to create quick filters for the board.

Thanks Timothy but no, I'm referring to the pulldown list from the field Epic Link, that is used within the edit>story page.

Any other ideas? If this isn't supported, can someone point me to the best place to suggest JIRA Agile enhancements?

Being prompted by Atlassian email spammer to update... this is still an open issue.
