Can we create the cascading dashboards in jira data center 10.3.2

I want to create the dashboard to see all the projects in the jira. If I click any project it open another dashboard it will show all the gadget within the project like pie charts, filter results like..

Example: I have master dashboard. If anything I click it will open the child dashboard.

Instead of Cascading dashboards, you can set a dynamic dashboard, meaning, you will set all the tables or pies or whatever you want in one dashboard and then have a filter above where you can set it by anything you want, in your case - projects.

So instead of having tons of dashboard and maintenance headache, use just one dynamic dashboard for all to use.
