Not really. That functionality was stripped in the OnDemand platform (much to the chagrin of my organization and I) - although there is an issue out there to restore that functionality, and you're encouraged to "vote" it up if you open an issue with Atlassian. The issue, however, has been there for quite some time, and I don't see it happening in the near future.
