Can we get Roadmap to include issues that are not in epics?

We don't use epics heavily.

I'm looking into using the Roadmap feature in Jira software. It seems to only show items if they're inside epics.

If you want to have more, i think that you will need to buy license for bigpicture.

Roadmap seams like a teaser to get you to touch a little bit, but if you need more, you will have to get another package.

we just moved from network licence to cloud and we lost all the big picture possibility.

As @Patrick Farley mentioned in BigPicture/BigGantt, you have the possibility to display any issue types, including custom, regardless of linking to epics. Moreover, in a BigPicture/BigGantt within a Box, you can display any defined collection of tasks based on a combination of multiple Jira projects, boards, or filters.
